Sorbet

Our sorbets were developed at the Food Technology Centre at Loughry College in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. They are an increasingly important part of our range. We add a new flavour every year. Apart from the Apple Schnapps and Prosecco and Raspberry, they are Gluten, Dairy and Egg-Free and suitable for Vegetarian and Vegan diets.
