Will is the founder of Glastry Farm Ice Cream and he is still at the helm 12 years later. He does everything from Sales and Marketing to New Product Development as well as Deliveries. He is quite simply, Mr Glastry Farm.

Gareth is Will’s son. He is a farmer through and through. He takes care of the herd and makes sure that his dad has enough milk to keep up with demand. He and the farm have just been awarded with Dairy Farm of The Year.
His favourite flavour is the original Vanilla Bean.
Joanna is the Production/ Marketing Manager. She is responsible for the overall running of the businness, ensuring that our award winning product range is produced to the highest standard possible. Joanna is also involved in sales, showcasing our product range at various events and trade fairs. She is also in charge of marketing and communications managing social media accounts and PR..
Her favourite flavour is Yellowman Honeycomb.
Stephen is the Production Supervisor and Delivery Driver. Steven helps in the production of the ice cream and sorbets, making up orders and delivering our award winning products all over Ireland.
His favourite flavour is Chocolate and Salted Caramel.
There is a dairy farm on the Ards Peninsula in Northern Ireland which has been home to the Taylor family since 1856. It is called Glastry Farm.
