Ethics & Compliance

Glastry Farm was founded in 1856 and the fifth and sixth generation of the Taylor family are now involved in a business that has grown from a mixed farm to one which manufactures luxury ice-creams and sorbets for the home market and increasingly overseas customers.

Our customers, our family and our employees along with the wider community count on us to uphold this commitment. Our continuing success depends on it.

Glastry Farm’s Code of Conduct outlines our company’s ethical and compliance standards for conducting business wherever that may be and serves as a guide for employees when they face dilemmas where the right choice is not clear.
