Heather honey is a single flower honey produced by bees foraging from heather plants. These bees harvest the heather’s nectar from late July to as late in the year as November, whilst the heather is flowering. This particular flavour (paired with our ice cream), wowed the Great Taste Judges.

Our Story

There is a dairy farm on the Ards Peninsula in Northern Ireland which has been home to the Taylor family since 1856. It is called Glastry Farm.
