This happy creation was inspired by the National Trust Gardens in nearby Mount Stewart. The lavender is a subtle background flavour which complements the ripe fruit perfectly. Prince Charles has tasted it and given it the Royal seal of approval. It is Will Taylor’s favourite too.

Our Story

There is a dairy farm on the Ards Peninsula in Northern Ireland which has been home to the Taylor family since 1856. It is called Glastry Farm.
