Whiskey is devilishly difficult to pair with ice-cream. Too much alcohol and it simply won’t freeze. Our recipe using the superb small-batch Teeling brand from Dublin is just the right combination of vanilla and toffee tones with a distinct after-hint of whiskey. Our male customers, over 18 of course, are very fond of this one.
